Far from the sights

Great location - close to a museum and a church. the staff was super friendly and attentive. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a lovely terrace and balcony! 🌟

The location of this hotel for the Campo Pequeno venue is excellent - it's a 5 min walk and also close to Entrecampos train and tube stations. Good Value and Comfortable for a one night stay. Quite a big room....

Little atmosphere,certainly a very "quiet hotel", bar was deserted all the time, good for some I guess !

The staff is very friendly, genuinely helpful, and has great local knowledge. the double room comes with a safe and balcony, and daily housekeeping is provided. - the breakfast is relatively cheap, offering a variety of food and beverages.

The location is good, close to the metro station, and there are a good quality and price chinese restaurant and pizza bar, some nice shops in the surroundings within walking distance. The breakfast was good too.

There is a lady in the reception. She looks like a bit higher rank person. She was so so so impatient and so so so impolite to guests. I was confused about whether the figure I saw from my credit card record was just a preauthorized or I actually paid already. She talked to me: "Listen! That is just a preauthority, you didn't paid yet!you have to pay!" I didn't say I was not going to pay. I just wanted to take one minute to make everything clear. I don't feel I was respected like a guest, I feel like I am the one who owe her millions of dollars. I asked info about hiring taxi, she treated me the same: "Listen! We are open 24 hours. When you need it, you ask the personnel on duty at that time!" She didn't treat me in a right way, although I treated her still with respects. The card of the door had some problems, another guest came to her for exchanging new card. She stared at that guest and said:" Card doesn't work. Tell me your room Nr! " She completely doesn't use "please", only using the order tone. I don't recommend this hotel. She treats everybody like this, not only me as I could see. Please don't live in there if you want the basic respect and if you don't want to ruin your good traveling mood!!!!!

The venue was fairly clean and the employees were welcoming and affable. the room was huge, extremely spacious, and even had a terrace. - the location was marvelous and perfect for our visit to El Corte Ingles Mall, which was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We enjoyed this place. This was a fantastic stay for a business trip. - Nice and very kind staff plus the breakfast was not expensive. - There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, an electronic key card, and television with satellite channels in the double room.

I liked the proxomity to the airport, cleanliness and comfort of the room.
